Brand Voice Guide Project for Blueprint

Blueprint are a police legislation compliance business operating near London.

When they first reached out to me, they had written and rewritten their website a thousand times but just couldn’t articulate themselves how they wanted to.

We met to have a chat about who they were as a business and dig down into how they wanted to be perceived. That was when I suggested a Brand Voice Guide after listening to what they wanted to achieve.

The guide I wrote for them outlined not only their values as a business, their promise to their customers, brand voice, and brand tone…

But provided a foundation for all future content creation, employee understanding and brand identity.

As this is an internal document, and due to the nature of the industry, I can’t share the final piece. But below is a client testimonial from the work.

  • "Daryl took the time to really understand who we are and what we wanted to say. We were left with products that helped us both internally and externally communicate our message in a meaningful way."
