Case Study and Ad Project for Vankru

Vankru are a bicycle fitting specialist in South Hampshire who wanted to drive more traffic to their site and engage with their customer base more.

I met with the owner to chat about all the previous outreach they’d tried and where they were with their strategy. That was when I suggested the idea of a case study, which he loved.

I created a set of questions for both my client and his customer so I could better understand not only the work done in-store, but the benefit it had on the customer and his cycling.

I conducted both interviews and wrote the case study as a story-based piece that highlighted the difference it made to the customer and the benefit Vankru’s work on the pain he was experiencing. Ads were then created from the excerpts to drive traffic to the site.
