Greener Future are solar installation and maintenance business from South Hampshire.

To start out with, they were looking for an automated welcome email to go out to their prospective customers and a welcome letter to those who had just began their installation journey.

We met to discover what sort of tone they were looking for in their messaging and the most important aspects they wanted to convey to their new customers. A passionate focus on the customer journey and aftercare stood out and led the tone for our messaging.
